Shipping Information
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Expedited orders (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) will be shipped within 1 business day.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
It's our hope that everything is perfect with your order. Please note that with many of our products, there can be any number of modifications or customizations. For this reason, we strongly encourage all customers to confirm with their product manufacturer's the correct model # for their products. (ie. please double-check with your gun manufacturer on the proper scope mounts, rings, etc)1. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. All product repairs, returns, or exchanges required after 30 days of the delivery date should be directed to the product manufacturer.
3. With the exception of defective products, approved returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
4. ALL requests for returns or exchanges MUST be submitted via our Customer Support Ticketing System online. ALL returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number. This enables us to track your return process from beginning to end. Please do not call us for returns, as you will be asked to submit your return request in writing to:

Packages received without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to sender, or if unauthorized return has to be shipped to our distributor, those shipping fees will be reduced from your refund.
Return Requests Must Include:
1. Your Order Number
2. Date of Purchase
3. Name of Person Shipped To
4. SKU/Product Title
5. Purpose of Return or Exchange
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or in the rare case where we ship the wrong product.
Refunds our less restocking fee (with exception for defective products) and original shipping charges.
